Farquart Castle, Argyle Scotland
This is a picture of a castle off the West Coast of Scotland between Oben and Fort William. It was taken on a recent trip to the Argyle District of Scotland by David and Brent McPhie. Alas, the wee Ewan McPhie and his wife and daughter died of cholera waiting in jail in Fort William for Ewan's trial on trumped up murder charges in 1857. The bastards!

If Jerusalem in in the Mideast, a common reference to the area, Why is the Jerusalem center for NEAR eastern Studies?
"middle east" and "near east" are references for the same area of the world. "near east" is considered the newer of the two, but using either one is fine.
